The SDC has a vested interest  in the continuance of current trends that are bringing in amazing and obscene amounts of revenue. The SDC has created a monster that maintains skyrocketing levels of diabetes, cancer, heart disease and millions on medication for high blood pressure. The SDC is the main reason that we are in 51st place for longevity rate among the nations! The medical industry has great skill and knowledge when it comes to the human body. The medical doctors give great service in the area of helping patients with structural conditions. The problem lies in their pushing unnatural drugs on the public, trying to communicate the idea that drugs are necessary for good health.

                                                            ARE THEY?

And the problem is also the lack of true communication of the information that is readily available (for those who seek it)  to educate us that we can avoid chronic disease to a great extent and we can take control of our own health if we make the right choices. Does the human body, a natural creation, really need unnatural, laboratory created drugs to achieve optimum health? Many informed individuals don’t think so.

We can take control away from the SDC if we choose to do so.

The result? By making informed choices, many people are experiencing much better health than the current drugging-of-America-system provides for those that are sucked into that flawed plan.  And a lot of money is saved in the process too. What a blessing it is to be free of the drugging of America!

Those who frequent this blog realize that the United States of America is in 51st place for longevity rate and that one of the more likely reasons includes conventional health care and the prescription drugs that are pushed on the American  public.

However, those of us who have learned there is another way are generally much healthier and happier than those who are dragged into the drugging.

Don’t get me wrong! I don’t recommend that anyone leave their doctor’s care or quit following medical advice.   2. 2.     The China Study, by T. Colin Campbell  and Thomas M. Campbell II, is not well known by many Americans. Yet it is the largest, most comprehensive nutritional study ever made. This research reveals that cultures that live on a plant-based diet tend to not get the chronic diseases that those of us living on the western pattern diet do. We get these diseases by eating our heavily processed animal-based diet.
  3. 3.     This translates into the fact that our standard American diet is causing diabetes, heart disease and cancer as well as a host of other diseases.
  4. 4.     According to the Journal of the American Medical Association, the third leading cause of death in the United States is conventional medicine and prescription drugs! The author of that article, Dr. Barbara Starfield, later indicated that she felt that medical doctors were the number one cause of death in the US.
  5. 5.     If the truth about the previous information were common knowledge, and if Americans were to change their eating habits and lifestyle correctly, we would see health care costs plummet! Have you heard that on the news?

Leading Healthy Issues

Being able to sit back and say we want to cut all health issues in the U.S. is not logical. Health issues have always been there and always will be here. What we need to do is try to cut them back, and make our lives healthier. By making our lives healthier the risks we face with the leading health issues today can be cut back dramatically.

  1. Heart Disease. Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the U.S. for both men and women. Some of the causes for heart disease are smoking, bad high fat diet, and high sodium intake. Heart disease which is the cause of heart attacks and strokes kills more people than all forms of cancer combined.

That is a pretty remarkable piece of information to read. We think cancer is such a big bad enemy well apparently heart disease is killing more people than all the cancers combined. Let’s go America we need to get healthier!

  1. Cancer. I am not shocked to find cancer on the list not one bit. Cancer is right behind heart disease. If you smoke, stop. Eat a healthier diet, stop smoking, use sunscreen outdoors and get cancer screenings on a regular basis. Lung cancer is the one most responsible for deaths in both men and women.
  2. Stroke. Strokes are the number three cause of deaths in women and the number four in men. Live a healthy life and this leading health issue today could fall further down on the list.
  3. Respiratory Disease. Respiratory disease such as emphysema, COPD, and bronchitis are leaders for respiratory diseases. These diseases can all be caused by smoking, again if you are a smoker quit today and give yourself more years here, healthy.
  4. Injuries. Injuries, really? That was my first thought. Yes, Injuries. How? The most common fatal injury for both men and women in the country are car accidents. Wear your darn seatbelt, drive carefully and safely. One that I shouldn’t need to mention is do not drink and drive. Now car accidents are not the only type of accidents causing deaths, poisoning and falls go along side care accidents.
  5. Diabetes. This is a leading cause of death for both men and women. Diabetes effects the kidneys, heart disease (we talked about that above), and blindness. See your doctor if you think you might be at risk for diabetes, if they catch it when you’re in “pre diabetes” by exercising, eating healthy and losing weight you can back track that pre diabetes to no diabetes.
  6. Alzheimer’s disease. This is the tenth leading cause of death in men and the fifth-leading in women. I wish that doctors could find an explanation linking something with Alzheimer’s for a cause, but they can’t. The doctors do not know what causes this exactly.
  7. Influenza and Pneumonia. For most people we get the flu, we stay in bed for a few days and once the virus has passed through our bodies we get better. For some however the flu can lead to pneumonia which can lead to death. Talk to your doctor about getting a flu shot and even the pneumonia shot as well.

Above are some samples of healthy nutritious meal plans. I want to give you a few tips as well to go along with the outlined healthy nutritious meal plans.

  • Don’t over eat. Even if you do not feel full after your meals avoid heading for the pantry just for a “snack” you don’t need a snack. Don’t over eat because you are bored, avoid over eating all together.
  • Food provides food to keep you alive, give you energy to get more food, and that is it. Food does not solve any guilt you have for not buying your daughter the pony she wanted ten years ago. Food does not solve problems, unless it is avoiding death by eating. Don’t let food get in the way of a healthy nutritious meal plan.
  • Put the microwave away. Anything that comes in a box frozen and needs a microwave to make it live again for you to eat is not considered a healthy option for your new healthy nutritious meal plan. Put the microwave away and eat naturally.
  • East Healthy and you will feel the difference in your body day by day.
